Dance for Therapy

Dance for Therapy acknowledges and pays respect to the traditional owners of the land, the Kombumerri and Yugambeh people, who continue to nourish & care for country that we live and work upon. We pay deep respect to elders past, present & emerging.

About

Be here, be now. With your body in movement.

The body holds all; from trauma, to stress, to joy, to release.

If your body could speak, what would it say?

Ranging from improvisational to interpersonal exercises, dance therapy affords the mind, body and spirit a safe space to explore self & others.

You are invited to play, cry, feel, move and embody how you feel.

All you have to bring is yourself (& a water bottle!).
